Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction.

Pricing and Credits

InvoicedbyMe is free to sign up and use. There are no subscription fees, no setup costs, and no limits on the number of clients or draft invoices you can create, edit, or manage. Credits are only required when you send an invoice — either by emailing it directly to a client through the platform, or by downloading a PDF copy. Creating, editing, and updating invoices does not use credits.

Credit packages: — $0.99 for 1 credit — $2.00 for 5 credits — $10.00 for 30 credits. One credit unlocks a single invoice for both sending and downloading. Once an invoice has been unlocked, you may resend it by email up to 3 additional times at no extra cost. If you need to resend an invoice beyond those 3 times, 1 additional credit will be charged to refresh your resend allowance for that invoice.

Credits do not expire and are not tied to a subscription period. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Credit purchases are final; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@invoicedbyme.com and we will review it.
