InvoicedByMe Terms of Service

Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InvoicedByMe, owned and operated by Dieno Digital Marketing ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Service
InvoicedByMe provides online invoicing and related business tools. We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, maintain password confidentiality, and are responsible for all activity under their account.
User Data
You retain ownership of the business, client and invoice data you upload. You grant the Company a limited licence to store, process and transmit such data solely to operate and improve the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, reverse engineer the platform, or violate applicable laws.
Availability
The Service is provided on an 'as available' basis. While we strive for reliability, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Security
We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No Internet service or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Backups
Although we maintain operational safeguards, users remain responsible for maintaining copies of important business records.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, the Company disclaims indirect, incidental, consequential, special and punitive damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of fees paid during the preceding twelve months or CAD $100 where no fees were paid. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement except as required by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dieno Digital Marketing, its owners, employees and contractors from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Where the Company processes personal information on your behalf, it acts as a service provider solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are maintained. We process data only on documented user instructions, assist with reasonable privacy requests where applicable, notify users of confirmed security incidents as required by law, and require subprocessors to maintain comparable protections.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction.
